Guided Journaling Sessions
Guided journaling sessions with prompts, humor, and reflection—helping participants uncork their own stories. Whether you want technological help with journaling tools, help digging in to your own journaling voice, someone to stand guard and silence your inner critic, or just time carved out to WRITE, you’ll find it at the live journaling sessions. Online, in-person, and pre-recorded available. Also available for your next retreat, team-building, or gathering.
