Hosted Gathering: NZ, 2027

Hosted Gathering — South Island, New Zealand (2027)

I’m exploring the idea of hosting a very small, guided gathering in the South Island of New Zealand in early 2027.

This would be a hosted experience, not a tour.

The gathering would be based in a quiet coastal village and designed for people who are drawn to wild landscapes, slower travel, and experiences that are held with care rather than rushed.

The group would be intentionally small: 6–8 people, maximum.

What This Is

• Lodge-based home base
• Slow mornings, shared meals, and breathing room
• A few intentional excursions (Mount Cook, the West Coast, gardens, food and wine)
• Plenty of unstructured time
• Calm, experienced hosting

This is not a packed itinerary or a performance-based retreat.

About Your Host

I’ve worked in adventure tourism for over 20 years—as a river guide and as the owner of an award-winning horse-riding business recognized for excellence in customer service.

I’ve traveled extensively as both a guest and a guide, and I understand how to design experiences that are safe, grounded, and genuinely enjoyable—even when weather or conditions shift.

In March of 2026, I’ll have visited New Zealand nine times. I know the distances, the pace, and the realities behind the beauty.
